Bacolod City is known as the City of Smile. Bacolod has become the favorite destination or choice as venue for conventions, meetings, seminars, workshops or even small gatherings whether national or regional. Bacolod can host a group of as big as 8,000 delegates to a small business meeting of 10 persons.
