Sagay City is a 2nd Class City found on the Northern tip of Negros Island, Philippines. It is an hour away from the Capital City of Manila by plane. Sagay City boast of it natural prestine beauty and rich marine resources. Sagay MarineReserve, a 32,000-hectare marine reserve composed of Carbin Reef, Maca Reef, the Molocaboc Islands, Panal Reef and other fringing reefs is an ideal place to experience nature in its natural beauty. Snorkeling & Sea Ranching are ideal activities on the Reserve. The City also recently launched its newest tourist attraction, the Himoga-an River Cruise. The cruise plies along the 13.5 kilometer Himoga-an River starting from Brgy. Fabrica to Brgy. Old Sagay. A 2- hour relaxing trip where one can see Mangrove Forests, avian wildlife and scenic beauty. A floating restaurant with entertainers singing local folk songs is also available. Sagay City also house the only Children's Museum outside Metro Manila and the first marine museum in the country - the Museo sang Bata sa Negros It has an interesting whale-shaped edifice located at the port area of Brgy. Old Sagay, 5.5 km. from the city proper. The museum has 4 permanent exhibit areas namely Marine Story, Hampanganan, Las Islas Filipinas and Yosi Kadiri. It has varied programs designed to awaken and stimulate the creative and intellectual potential of the Negrense children.

Museo sang Bata sa Negros is the second hands-on and interactive children's museum in the country and its first marine museum. MSBN has four permanent exhibit areas: The Marine Story, ABCs of Smoking, Las Islas Filipina and the Hampanganan toy room which features the folk toy collection of Ms. Mara Montelibano, representing more than 50 countries. Maca Reef is one of the three reefs located in sagay Marine Reserve. It covers 1,000 hectares and is a habitat of abalone and winged stromed shells. It is a stopover point for migratory birds during certain months of the year. Ot has very clear water and can be reached in 45 minutes by motorized outrigger via Old Sagay Port.
